Simply take off your shoes and put your bare feet directly on the earth (grass, dirt, gravel, sand, etc) for 10 minutes. That’s it!
This is the best part! It’s completely free and it doesn’t require a whole lot of effort.
Do it in the morning, do it in the evening or do it every few days. If you see and feel the value in it, you’ll do it more.
As you increase, try barefoot hikes or increasing the amount of time you are connected directly to the Earth. It just feels right!
Don’t think of weather as a barrier, but an opportunity to connect.
Feeling of mud squishing between the toes is the best. It’s perhaps a more ancestral way to be.
